Moulsham High School is a larger than average 11-18 comprehensive school where all students consistently achieve highly. Overall progress and attainment have been well above Essex and national averages for the last 8 years. The learning environment is calm and purposeful, and students behave with consistently high levels of respect for others.
We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher Behaviour, Safeguarding and Attitudes to work with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher Behaviour, Safeguarding and Attitudes in ensuring that all priorities in the School Improvement Plan relating to behaviour, safety and attitudes are met. The successful candidate will also support the Deputy Headteacher Behaviour, Safeguarding and Attitudes in leading the pastoral team and managing robust systems to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. This post has a teaching commitment of 28 periods a fortnight.
The vacancy has arisen due to the promotion of an Assistant Headteacher to Deputy Headship and will provide the successful candidate with a fantastic platform for further promotion.
